We may not be able to immediately review e-mail that you send. Therefore, you should contact us by telephone or in-person for items that need immediate attention. You will need to contact your credit card processor to access your virtual terminal. E-mail may not be used to place a stop payment on a check, request transfers, report lost or stolen Checks, Bank Cards or PINs.

E-mail does not qualify as sufficient contact when you are required to provide written notice to us regarding your accounts.
